Outside the IAFF Bubble
Think of the IAFF “Bubble” as Pyongyang in DC.
IAFF HQ and those dependent on Schaitberger’s largesse operate in a sphere where information is refracted through the lens of a narcissist.
Our Dear Leader and his scribes sculpt the response to all matters IAFF to the point that they believe their own hyper-spin.
The problem is two-fold: bubble-dwellers lose all sense of reality and most folks do not live in the bubble.
Yesterday’s post on the $3,400 car rental was viewed by over 600 readers and shared hundreds of times on Facebook.
It clearly struck a nerve.
Making Walker’s Job Easy
Scott Walker is a union-hater out to destroy the middle class, one union member at a time.
He’s another ambitious republican intent on rolling back the gains we have made through collective action.
He said this week, “I have a plan to check the power of the big-government union bosses…”
That’s code for denying the fundamental rights of working men and women.
One important way to defeat Walker and his ilk is to run a lean, tight, honest union where resources go to help members and locals in need.
The IAFF is being run by a union “fat cat” whose reputation for luxury living off the member’s is known far and wide and it is getting worse every day.
Harold Schaitberger is a Scott Walker caricature writ large.
Now, our friends are shaking their heads when they learn the truth of the Schaitberger IAFF.
Don’t expect respect on the Hill, at the state house or at city council when everybody knows your union is corrupt.
As now they surely do.
